This morning I woke up with a headache. My eyes tend to strain when I"m working on the computer and this strain causes my head to malfunction and presto a headache. Definition: A headache is a pain or discomfort in the head, scalp ,or neck. Serious causes of headaches are extremely rare. Most poeple with headaches can feel much better by making lifestyle changes, learning ways to relax, and occasionally by taking medications.I agree with all, but Iwon't take medication (such as asprin). Synthetic medication always have some side affect the scientists don't tell you about. I trust my bodies immune system or I deal with the pain. If there's pain I know I'm still alive. No pain means that I'm dead or someone else is in control of my life. If I need a doctor then I'll see a doctor, but I try to avoid the doctors. It's taken me all morning to get into thinking and out of the aching. Maybe I need to change the prescription on my glasses. Any suggestions?
WtmU,
Kevin

I think you are defenitely right about the glasses because I had the same incident with mine. I told my eye doctor Lee 948-2799 (really GOOD and KIND young DR.)that I would see worst after using my prescription glasses because I only need them for reading but after the morning class with Karen I would find myself needing them all day long and that was not the plan and the headaches that came along with that were more often than the ones my boys gave me. So then after kindly and understandingly performing some quick vision tests, he determined that the glasses that the previous doctor gave to me where way to strong therefore my eyes were trying to adapt to the stronger ones which would of adapted eventually but that would not be a good thing. So maybe you can give my doctor a call, he might even give you a solution over the phone. Just make sure that you speak to Dr. Lee and not the female Dr. (forgot her name)because he is more understanding. The answering nurses are also a big help.
